Kids Ride on Info

Our ride on vehicles comes in the following ranges or categories:

Electric or Manual

Our electric ride on toys are battery operated and will require charging, it is recommended that the battery be charged between 8 to 12 hours before using, please ensure you charge the battery for the full length of time as suggested in the instructions manual to get the full potential and a long battery life.

Manual ride on toys are operated by pedalling of the rider or pushing or pulling by a grown up, the ride will last as long as there is power in the muscles.

Budget or Licensed

Budget ride ons are a great value for money, they are cheaper than the licensed cars range but are packed with features such as, lights, remote control, music systems and more. Vehicles from the budget range may have small indentations, slight pigment differences, misaligned stickers, small scuffs or scratches present.

Licensed cars are manufactured under supervision from the parent car company, The quality, paintwork and electrics are of a higher standard and are better than the budget range. Licensed cars are packed with features such MP3 input, lights, remote control and more.

6V, 12V or 24V

The voltage will determine the amount of power and speed the car will be able to achieve, check the products description for the average speed.

6 Volts ride ons will perform better on flat harder tarmac surfaces and will move at a slower pace on grass. 12 Volts ride on will perform better on surfaces such as tarmac and grass.

Parents and guardians can make their own discretion on the above guidelines base on the height and size of their children.

Return to base warranty

Our ride on vehicles comes with a 6 or 12 months return to base warranty relating to manufacture defects, this warranty does not cover wear and tear or user error. We will first try to fix the problems with remote assistance and sending out replacement parts if necessary to replace faulty ones, in the vast majority of case remote assistance will fix any problems.

If the problems cannot be fixed by remote assistance we will have the vehicle returned to be repaired or exchange if it's unrepairable. If however the fault is found to be user error or could have been resolved via remote assistance, we reserve the right to charge for labour and return costs as necessary.

Note: Batteries comes with a 28 days warranty, remote and chargers comes with a 3 month warranty

Assembling

All of our ride on toys require assembling and customers should be able to do simple DIY to assemble the item, assembling takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes and could be a fun chore when done with your little one.

In the unlikely event your product has a problem after assembling, replacement parts and/or remote assistance will resolve most issues in the vast majority of cases. Most problems are a simple fix and customers are requested to fix these simple problems rather than have the product sent back. If the product is not repairable we will replace it.

Blow Moulding

This is a process that is used by manufactures to make most of the ride on vehicles we sell, the process involves blowing sheets of plastic with hot air to make the moulds required for production of the vehicle. Sometimes the moulds can have minor scuffs or very small scratches caused by material flowing in the air, since the plastic is very hot this can mark the body of the car. This does NOT cause any materialistic flaws within the body and does not affect the strength or durability of the body. They are just minor cosmetic flaws and usually only affect one in ten vehicles we sell. This is not a reason to claim the item is faulty and we will not accept returns due to this.
