Delivery

Free delivery on all orders to U.K MAINLAND (England and Wales) addresses only.  We do not ship to BFPO or PO Boxes Addresses.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment.  Most items will be dispatched same day if we receive your order before12PM U.K time.  Items are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.  If there is any delay in shipping your order you will be notified by email.

Delivery to UK Mainland is usually within 3 working days.  Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight is usually withi 5 working days.

We ship via Royal Mail, Parcelforce,  DHL, Interlink, Collect+ and MyHermes. 

All items priced over £20 will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone is at the delivery address to sign.  In the event no one is at the delivery address at the time of delivery a card will be left by the courier delivery driver.  You can then either wait for the second delivery attempt (usually next working day) or phone the number on the card to arrange delivery or collect from the local depot.

When collecting the box/package/parcel from the courier driver please check for any physical damage/s.  If you observe damage/s no matter how small, do not refuse delivery but sign for delivery as damage for the following reasons.

  1. Postage cost will not be refunded for orders returned to us as undelivered 

  2. If you do not sign for the order as delivered damage, the courier driver will log the order as delivered in good condition, which will make any subsequent claim to the courier for damage/s to the item invalid.

After receiving the item from the courier we strongly advice that you check the item as soon as possible (we recommend within 12 hours) for damages to the item or missing parts even if the item is a gift for a future date, this will give us enough time to sort any issues before the special day.  

We ship the items brand new and unused, in an opened box so we will be unaware of any damages, missing parts etc until you check the item.
